At Handloom Gallery, each piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. We kindly ask customers to review our return policy before making a purchase.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 3 days of purchase or delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handcrafted products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sarees, dresses, or garments that have been used, altered, or washed

Sale / discounted items

Custom-made or specially ordered items

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

After inspection, we will offer an exchange or store credit if the issue is confirmed.

  1. Online Orders

For online purchases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

  1. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit.

  1. Color & Design Disclaimer

Slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of handloom and batik products.

These variations are not considered defects.
